Claims Reporting

If you have a serious claim and need to speak with someone immediately you have several options.

 

You may call our office at 843-774-9061 or 800-948-0860. During normal office hours one of our team members will take the information needed to report the claim to the company. If you call after office hours, our user-friendly automated attendant will direct you to one of our agents or to the appropriate claim office.

 

You may also contact the following insurance companies directly 24 hours a day to report a claim. Please have your policy number and claim details available prior to calling. In the event of an auto accident, it is always a good rule of thumb to contact the authorities. Also, taking photos with your phone or other mobile device is always helpful in expediting the claim.
